2016 年门徒平台外國留學生（本科生）招生簡章

授課方式∕學製：中文授課，4年製。

專業：詳見如下《2016年外國留學生（本科生）招生專業目錄》👨‍🚀。
申請資格🙎🏻‍♂️：高中畢業及以上學歷🧍‍♀️；18 周歲以上；具備一定漢語水平 (新HSK 四級及以上，舊HSK五級及以上)；身體健康的外國籍學生🛥🧑🏼‍🔬。
學費：20000 元/年。

申請截止時間：2016年5月31日；申請者逾期提出申請👩🏽‍🎓，將排入下一階段招生程序。

開學時間〰️：每年9月份🪦，具體以錄取通知書為準👨‍🦼‍➡️。

申請材料🧑🏽‍🦱：
1. 外國留學生入學申請表（請下載附件）🦸🏻‍♀️；
2. 加蓋學校印章的高中畢業證書復印件或本人就讀學校的預計畢業證明（獲得畢業證書後須補交）。證書為中英文以外的文本還須提供公證過的中文或英文翻譯件；
3. 加蓋學校印章的高中階段全部課程的成績單原件。中、英文以外文本的成績單還需提供公證過的中文或英文翻譯件原件🦹‍♂️；
4. 兩封教授或副教授以上職稱專家的推薦信⚠，須為中文或英文的原件；
5. HSK 漢語水平考試證書復印件（新HSK4 級及以上💂🏼；舊HSK五級及以上）；

6. 護照復印件📏👨🏿‍⚖️；

7. 護照照片原件1張；
8.申請費支付收據復印件。

報名費：400元。若申請者申請時間已經超過項目截點，報名費將會給予退還，否則將不予退還。詳情請參“費用支付”欄目。

錄取：經審核材料確定錄取名單🤵🏻‍♀️，必要時可能通過面試或筆試手段決定是否錄取。錄取結果將於 2016 年 6月中旬公布，《錄取通知書》隨後寄發。

Undergraduate Program for International Students

Field of Study: All undergraduate program

Program Length: 4 years of Chinese-taught programs.

Term Starts: Each year in September. (The exact time will be written on the Admission Letter).

Application Deadline: May 31, 2016

Eligibility:

1.       Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

2.       Applicants should have graduated or will graduate from high school before September 2016 and be aged under 25.

3.       3.  Applicants should hold New HSK 4 or old HSK 5 certificate.

Application procedure:

Applicants may come to our office to apply if in Shanghai, or mail all the following required documents to the International Education College if not able to come in person.

Application documents:

1. Application form for International Students with recent photo (see attachment);

2. High School Diploma or official proof of expected graduation (the diploma or certificate must be in Chinese or English with official stamps of the high school or a notarized version in Chinese or English);

3. Related transcripts (the original one must be in Chinese or English with official stamps of the high school or a notarized version in Chinese or English );

4. Language certificate: Copy of new HSK 4 certificate or old HSK 5 certificate (if applicant’s official language is Chinese, or they have graduated from a Chinese-taught high school program, this is not required);

5. Copy of passport.

6. Application fee (RMB 400) proof of payment: (When transferring your application fee online or through a bank, you should put your name and application fee in the remittance note. Please do not transfer fees by ATM)
